The aluminum frame is incredibly lightweight yet it is strong and durable so will easily take all the bumping around it is likely to get.
Of course, much of this is also thanks to the large tires that are about 16″ and air filled which means your baby gets a smooth ride no matter what the surface is.
The front wheel is locked which also means uneven paths are easy enough to handle, since if it moved it would likely send the stroller in another direction.
The rear wheels have an expected foot operated locking brake which is easy enough to use and locks both of the wheels at the same time. The handle adjusts to other heights so mum, dad or grandparents that will probably have different heights can all use it with no problem. After all, if the handle was too low down it might make it uncomfortable to use. It is small things, such as this, that add value to a stroller.
There is a built in gadget that also measures how far you have pushed the stroller and over what time so you can easily keep track of your exercise regime without any addons, and there is a storage compartment for your cell phone or MP3 player if you want to listen to music. It takes good care of it even on bumpy roads since the ride is so smooth.
Although the stroller folds nice and easy (and is also quick to do) it can be quite bulky with the front wheel attached; if this is an issue though, the wheels can be removed easily enough so this shouldnt put you off too much.
The seat is also padded for your childs comfort while you are jogging and will recline back fully if needed. It is designed to hold up to 45 pounds but there is ample room to grow into it. The straps have some very nice padding on them too and most of the material used wipes off easily in case of spills.
One of the other bonuses for this stroller is storage; it is not too common to find a jogging stroller with too much storage space since it almost contradicts itself – however, there are quite a few spaces you can use as well as a mesh bag near the handles.
Overall this is a neat stroller – lightweight, plenty of storage and other features to keep you happy and it is also worth pointing out that is is often offered at a reduced value from the RRP – it should be considered a bargain

It is designed with similar concepts and the ultimate aim is to be the most light weight swivel wheeled stroller on the market, and once again they have done a great job of delivering this.
It is also very easy to fold. The seats are a little more upright from the 2010 model however but comfort has not been compromised. The seats move all the way back to a lying down position in case your little one needs a nap.
Turning the stroller also couldnt be easier and it is practically zero-turn thanks to the swivel wheels. This means that they do the turning for you, rather than requiring you to try and find the right angle. This is refreshing to see as some double strollers can be a bit clunky and awkward to move around, especially with 2 children on board.
The wheels are the front are both double and can be locked to stop them swivveling if you need them too, which is good for walking at faster paces or jogging. It is also worth mentioning that the stroller will fold down quite small and if you need to get it smaller still, the wheels can be taken off quickly and easily.
The only downpoint to the Baby Jogger 2011 City Mini Double Stroller is the access space you are given to the storage basket which resides under the seats. The straps and seat bar tends to block some access to the basket. This is a shame because the basket otherwise provides a good amount of storage space but being hard to get to, it can be tricky to use it fully. You can get access to it a bit easier by undoing the safety snaps on the seats as you can then move them out of the way, but you can only really do this before or after it is occupied by your toddlers.
Although this is a shame, you can still make some use of the storage area and its hard to let this ruin what is otherwise a highly recommended lightweight and double stroller.
